signing statement.
09/06/07 - AB 821 Lead Ammo Ban/Condor bill passed out of the Assembly today and now goes to the Governor.
Please contact the Governor and request a VETO on AB 821. In California, the Governor must actively veto legislation sent to him
within 30 days to prevent it from becoming law. If he ignores the bill, it becomes law by default at the end of that period.

The bill currently involves issuance of "coupons" to purchase
special all-copper ammunition for affected areas. Many problems exist with the
legislation, not the least of which is "How do we pay for printing
