Big Victory!

NRA Defeats San Francisco - YET AGAIN - Exactly 4 months after the City of San Francisco lost their appeal, the California Supreme Court today agreed with NRA by refusing to hear the city's 'Prop H' nonsense. Locked in an apparent cycle of self-flagellation, "the City by the Bay" invited disaster when they appealed NRA's first victory against their ill-considered "handgun ban" - because they lost that appeal! Now they've wasted even MORE of the residents money in a third failed court venture trying to justify their illegal ordinance. When San Francisco is wrong, they are REALLY WRONG! What does it take to convince San Francisco city government that Americans (even San Franciscans) have rights? [NRA-ILA Press Release]
